If you have a fault or suspected issue on your vehicle please ensure you follow our claims or repair request process.

Please note that no repairs should be authorised or completed without authority being obtained from Autoguard Warranties Ltd.

For Insured Products

To discuss a repair or submit a claim, please call us on 03432 271499 or send us an email us on claims@autoguardwarranties.com.

 

IMPORTANT

Ensure your check your cover level in the first instance and refresh yourself with your:

  • Claim Limit
  • Labour Rate (per hour)
  • Diagnostic cost coverage*
  • Exclusions of your cover including wear and tear (if applicable)

 

If the repair is not covered under the terms of the contract, you will be responsible for any diagnostic costs incurred. If the repair is covered under the terms of the contract, we may be able to assist towards the diagnostic costs as per the terms of the contract.

 

If you have your own garage you would prefer to use (must be VAT registered) please call the claims team in the first instance for further information regarding this option to ensure you don’t go ahead with any repairs without authority or risk not being covered.

 

Please note once the repairing garage has completed the diagnosis, they will need to contact the claims department on 03432 271 499 for the claim to be assessed, they must do this before carrying out any repairs.

 

For Non-Insured Products

Nationwide Repairer Network

We have a nationwide network of preferred repairers in the event of a failure occurring on your vehicle, such as All Star Business Solutions (1Link)* and habitation repair specialist Approved Workshop Scheme (AWS)**. 

You are not required to use them as part of the contract, we will work with any VAT registered repairer.

*Suitable for general repairs for cars & light commercial vehicles. (UK Mainland Only)
