If the repair is not covered under the terms of the contract, you will be responsible for any diagnostic costs incurred. If the repair is covered under the terms of the contract, we may be able to assist towards the diagnostic costs as per the terms of the contract.
If you have your own garage you would prefer to use (must be VAT registered) please call the claims and repair request team in the first instance for further information regarding this option to ensure you don’t go ahead with any repairs without authority or risk not being covered.
Please note once the repairing garage has completed the diagnosis, they will need to contact the claims and repair request department on 03432 271 499 for the claim or repair request to be assessed, they must do this before carrying out any repairs.
We have a nationwide network of preferred repairers in the event of a failure occurring on your vehicle, such as All Star Business Solutions (1Link)* and habitation repair specialist Approved Workshop Scheme (AWS)**.
You are not required to use them as part of the contract, we will work with any VAT registered repairer.

If you have a fault on your vehicle outside of our normal office hours, please complete the online form below, and we will contact you when the office re-opens. Submission of this online form does not constitute a claim or repair request authorisation.
